Though the older Alto with newer, classier and more powerful K10 engine Alto kept adding numbers but recently launched new Alto 800 with better refinements and more attractive features has taken the car brand on the top.
Once being the top seller in the Indian market, Maruti Swift has dropped on the spot # 2 in the list. Though long waiting period due to production shut down hampered Swift’s sales but it has classy and sporty outfit with pleasing interiors and exciting range of features that makes it one of the best available two-boxes in the domestic market. Also, the resale value of this car has increased a lot in past couple of years due to the whelming response and positive feedback from the patrons.
Another smart product from Maruti, Dzire makes its place in top 3 in terms of sales. Despite being a compact saloon, Swift Dzire has accredited more numbers of buyers than its rivals and with the introduction of 2012 model of said car in February, the sales have only multiplied. A good fuel economy supported by low maintenance and high level comforts make Dzire a value for money road runner.
