Nissan Unleashes the Limited Edition of SUV X-Trail

Nissan, the Japanese auto major has brought out a new limited edition of its SUV X-Trial to celebrate the success of new adventurous reality show – X-treme Trail, which will soon be aired on the National Geographic channel.

All new six part series of X-treme Trail is all about dauntless exploration across the sturdy terrains of India travelling to experience risk and adventure. And Nat Geo in association with Nissan will offer the viewers a wonderful out of the box experience to trace out the unexplored areas of India. The show will be aired from November 5th at 8pm on Nat Geo, Fox Traveller, Star World and Channel V.

And on the auspicious event of series launch, Nissan unleashed the new limited edition of its SUV X-Trail to showcase the driving effort attained by Nissan SUV in the country. Already known for its superb powerful performance, the X-Trail is loved for its boxy appeal, angular shape and overall sturdiness. Coming with a price tag of Rs. 22,78,928 (ex-showroom, Mumbai), the new X-Trail has much more to offer such as Touch Screen Navigation System, Rear Spoiler, X-treme Trail Decal,  Door Visor Set and a lot many things to unveil.

Expressing the views about the launch of X-treme Trail, the Senior Vice President of Content, National Geographic Network India Mr. Ramon Chibb said, “Nat Geo has always worked with like-minded brands on creating some of the best integrated properties in the past. Adventure and exploration is in the DNA of National Geographic Channel and through our association with Nissan for X-treme Trail, we will bring out the powerful imagery of the extreme Indian terrains through an adrenaline pumping drama. The expedition was one of its own kinds of experience which comprise the journey of more than 4,000 kms, 32 days of shoot with a crew base of more than 40 people. We are very excited about this initiative as for the very first time a reality adventure show on Nat Geo will be telecasted simultaneously on four different channels, – Nat Geo, FOX Traveller, Star World and Channel V.”
