Maruti Suzuki to Heighten the Safety at Manesar Unit

For the first time in history of Japan’s Suzuki Motor Corporation, it has confronted such a disastrous clash at the Indian facility plant based in Manesar. The same has deeply impacted the production output of Maruti Suzuki because of work halt. And until the largest automaker is completely satisfied about the security of its employees at the plant, it will not resume operations.

Maruti Suzuki is focusing on the safety and wants to heighten the same so that such clashes are further avoided. During the violent attack, one senior official was killed and more than hundred workers were injured and since 18th July the plant is officially locked out. The company is very much worried about the safety of employees and is deciding to enhance the same.

Maruti Suzuki India (MSI) mentioned in its statement, “Right now our aim is to give high priority to employee safety and therefore company is making extra initiatives to scale up safety in the Manesar plant.”

The most loved carmaker of the country will not let go off the culprits so easily and is considering so many options to ensure the safety measures at its plant in terms of equipment, personnel and on-ground training for its employees, also quoted in the company’s statement.

As of the now, the plant is in strict vision of Haryana police, which is currently in charge for the entire safety along with the assistance of few hundred policemen placed inside the building. Also there are still no plans to resume operations at Manesar as the automaker is very much concerned about the safety and security of its people.
