The much acclaimed and super sports automobile manufacturer from Italy, the Lamborghini today inaugurated its second dealership in the country. The new outlet is based in Mumbai after the brand launched its first dealership in Delhi.
The top of the class new showroom in Mumbai partnered with Auto Hanger will exhibit entire line-up of Lamborghini models.
The President and Chief Executive of the company, Mr. Stephan Winkelmann expressed to reporters, “Lamborghini always has a keen interest in the Indian auto market and has eyed it quite potential. Last year we confronted that the market is demanding more and the presence only at one center will not be enough for us. And therefore we decided to pick the financial capital as our second destination.”
Moreover, the auto giant is also looking forward to expand its arm in the southern region of the country.
Mr. Stephan further commented, “We aim to sell around 50 units of Lamborghinis in the country by 2015. And as we plan to expand, we have identified three locations including, Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad. But before we spread, we will study the demand in these markets.”
