The second most appreciated automaker of the country, Hyundai India has introduced a brand new “5 Star Assurance Program” for its very popular models Santro and the Next Gen i10. The new offer comes with an objective to increase the value proposition for its customers and the assurance program is just a limited period offer.
At the announcement of ‘5 Star Assurance Program’, the Director – Sales & Marketing of HMIL, Mr. Arvind saxena stated, “The new 5 Star Assurance Program for Santro and i10 is specifically designed to offer 360-degree services to our customers and the offer will vary from maintenance to roadside assistance. Our primary goal is to enhance customer satisfaction long after the purchase has been made.”
The program also consists of total maintenance assurance, motor assurance, warranty assurance, exchange assurance and roadside assurance. In the ‘total maintenance assurance program’, one will be assured to have free maintenance for three years or 40,000 kms, whichever comes first. The program covers complete service and repair along with parts and materials according to the standard periodic maintenance service schedule and running repairs.
Another one is motor assurance program, which offers comprehensive automobile insurance at one rupee while the warranty assurance program extends the warranty for the third year or upto 40,000 kms. The deal also adds free ‘24X7 Roadside Assistance’ for 2 years along with Exchange/Loyalty scheme, which offers Rs. 15,000 to its customers.
