Nissan India’s sales and marketing partner, Hover Automotive India (HAI) appointed Nitish Tipnis as Director of its Sales & Marketing division. Tipnis has a vast experience of 24 years in Sales and Marketing and was Chief Executive of HAI in 2009 when Nissan was just creeping in.
As a director of sales & marketing, Tipnis will head all activities related to sales, after sales, marketing, training and dealer development at Hover Automotive India.
G M Singh, Vice Chairman & Managing Director of HAI said that company is glad to have Nitish Tipnis working for Nissan group. The company will be benefitted from Mr Tipnis’s experience and extensive knowledge of the field would ultimately help Nissan achieve its sales and marketing targets, Singh said.
Ishida Takayuki, Managing Director& CEO, Nissan Motor India Pvt Ltd said that commanding leadership of Nitish Tipnis would assist in company’s brand building process in the Indian auto market and would be an aid to completion of targets. Under his guidance, the company would be able to meet customer requirements. The company wishes him good luck for the second session with Nissan India, he added.
Nitish Tipnis’s massive experience of over two decades includes his initial work with Videocon and other giants. His pool of experience includes work in fields like sales and marketing and business operations. Apart from Videocon, Tipnis has also worked with Reliance Digital and Future Group Electronics Store Ezone.
