The smart Facebook campaign for its S4 sedan was launched few days ago in order to reveal the real interest of people that how much they want the sizzling high performance sedan S4 to hit Indian roads.
The basic idea behind the campaign was that with each tagging, minor parts of the image will become visible and as the number of tagging will increase, the full image of the Audi S4 high performance sedan will be exhibited.
Of course this pretty cool idea or we can call it as a brand promotion thought was just a grand way to create a buzz in the country and surely it will not influence the German luxury auto giant to launch the vehicle in the country. But still it is a commendable thought of letting people know about Audi’s future plans and that the S4 sedan is being considered to be unveiled in India.
Mentioning about Audi S4, the sedan is a high performance version of the A4, which is Audi’s entry level luxury sedan. Apart from offering the vehicle with greater performance, the S4 sedan will appear sportive and will flaunt completely different look from the A4 sedan.
Stealing the power from turbocharged and direct injected 3 liter V6 petrol engine, the 2012 Audi S4 sedan’s engine will churn out 333Bhp of peak power and 440Nm of top torque. The engine engrafted in the sedan comes twinned with a seven-speed dual clutch automatic DSG gearbox along with the manual shifting enabled through paddle shifters running on the S-Tronic mode. The 2012 Audi S4 sedan covers a 0-100Kph mark in mere five seconds with a top speed of 250 Kph.
