Which should I choose from Honda Amaze vs Renault Scala, I can wait till Amaze is launched?

If you can wait till Amaze comes then it is a better option as Honda is more popular brand in India than Renault but this doesn't mean Renault Scala is unreliable but as it isn't very popular yet so, its after sales can be questionable.
