Maruti Ertiga Diesel variant sports 1248cc, 1.3L, DDiS Diesel Engine with Common Rail Direct Injection Supply System and offers a top power of 90PS @ 4000RPM and maximum torque of 200NM @ 1750 RPM and has a Bore x Stroke of 69.6 x 82 mm.

Both variants are two wheel drive with an overdrive of Front Wheel Drive and has 4 cylinders and 4 valves per cylinder and comply with Bharat Stage IV (BSIV).
